<p>PURPOSE:To enable a digitizer to be made large-scale and to facilitate the production by providing a coordinate position detecting part where plural substrates where plural metallic wires arranged in parallel are interposed between plastic films and are arranged and fixed are piled up to form an X-Y axis orthogonal circuit. CONSTITUTION:Plural metallic wires 1 arranged in parallel are interposed between plastic films 3 and 4 and they are joined into one body with a hot melt adhesive layer 5 between them to constitute a Y-axis substrate 6. Metallic wires 2 are interposed between plastic films 7 and 8 and they are joined into one body with a hot melt adhesive layer 9 between them to constitute an X-axis substrate 10. The Y-axis substrate 6 and the X-axis substrate 10 are put one over the other between protective plates 11 and 12 consisting of plastics so that metallic wires 1 and 2 are orthogonal to each other, and they are joined into one body to constitute the position detecting part. This digitizer can be made large-scale in accordance with the size of plastic films, and the production is facilitated because metallic wires are arranged and fixed between plastic films to produce the digitizer.</p> |
