PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a test result by allowing one of a driving shaft and a driven shaft to rotate in the direction where both shafts cross each other and the other to rotate at right angles to the plane. CONSTITUTION:The driving shaft 11 and driven shaft 21 are arranged on the XY plane, one driven shaft 21 is rotated around a projection 37 arranged on a Z axis extended vertically and downwardly from the attachment/detachment point of a gear 2 to said XY plane, and the other driving shaft 11 is rotated around a projection 38 arranged on an Y axis crossing the driving shaft 11 at right angles while passing the attachment/detachment point of the gear 1; and the distance between both shafts 11 and 21 is determined by moving the driven shaft 21 in the Y-axial direction. Then a bed part 22 is rotated to a specific value while the display on a linear gauge 27 is monitored, and the bed part 22 is clamped to a moving member 32 in this state. A motor 16 is driven after said setting and a specific load is set to a load device 26, so that an engagement test is conducted. |
