PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of a malfunction where a gate circuit is switched by connecting the 1st output line and a gate current line of a gate circuit including a loop consisting of a Josephson junction and the superconductive inductance in parallel to said Josephson junction. CONSTITUTION:A gate current Ig has a rise from level O while a circulating current Icirc is flowing to a data signal line 25 in response to data ''1''. Thus a gate circuit 34 has switching before a junction 20 does. Then the half of the current Ig flows into an earth via an output line 26 and a resistor 29; while the latter half of the Ig flows to an earth via a resistor 28 and a Josephson junction 21. An output appears on the line 26 of a real signal while the current Icirc is flowing to the line 25 in response to the data ''1''. In this case, however, no output appears to an output line 27. At the same time, the circuit 34 has a latching action. Thus said output state is held during the same clock cycle. |
