<p>PURPOSE:To improve the alignment precision while preventing a dielectric layer from extending due to the drying of electrode ink as well as the pitch slippage of electrode from occurring by a method wherein the dielectric layer is partially formed on a transparent film while electrodes are provided respective ly on the film and the dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION:In order to form an unfired ceramic sheet used for multilayer ceramic substrate for electronic part, laminated ceramic condenser, laminated ceramic varistor and laminated piezoelectric element, etc., firstly, a transparent film 22 in specified dimension is prepared. Next, this film 22 is coated with a dielectric layer 21a while making alignment windows 25 on both sides of the film 22 and then electrodes 24a extending over the dielectric layer 21a, the alignment windows 25 as well as the parts from the dielectric layer 21a to the alignment windows 25 are provided to complete the unfired ceramic sheet 23. In such a process, any transparent resin such as polyethylenetere phthalate etc., is used for the transparent film 22; the dielectric layer 21a is around 200mum thick; and ordinary electrode ink is used for the electrodes 24a.</p> |
