<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a simple circuit constitution, by turning on/off the circuit in response to the quantity between a reference voltage and a voltage at an output terminal and turning on/off in response to the on-off state so as to supply a current to the output terminal in case of the on-state. CONSTITUTION:Reference voltage generating means R5, R6 generating a reference voltage set to a prescribed level between the upper and lower limits of the voltage at the output terminal and a 1st switching means Q4 turned on/off in response to the quantity between the reference voltage and the voltage at the output terminal are provided. Then a 2nd switching means Q5 turned on/off in response to the on/off state of the 1st switching means Q4 and supplying a current to the output terminal in the case of the on-state is provided. Thus, the level conversion circuit having a hysteresis characteristic is constituted by a few circuit components.</p> |
