PURPOSE:To provide the titled sheet permitting the easy supply of a lubricant and having an expanded application field, by kneading a solid lubricant with a binder and applying the mixture to one side of a flexible thin substrate. CONSTITUTION:The objective sheet is produced by coating a kneaded product on one side of a heat-resistant, flexible and thin substrate such as thin paper, synthetic resin or cloth in a thickness of 1-100mum with a brush or roll. Said kneaded product is produced by mixing and kneading (A) solid lubricant comprising tungsten disulfide, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, boron nitride, graphite fluoride, fluoro resin, melamine resin or the like with (B) a binder comprising waxes having various melting temperature or the like, if necessary, under heating. Said sheet has a good handling property, does not stain hands, etc., and can be readily used in a small amount for a long term or in a large amount depending upon its using condition. Further, it is possible to correspond to the change of color from black to white or to the change of temperature from an inorganic lubricant to an organic lubricant when a plurality of kinds of the sheets are provided. |
