PURPOSE:To realize rolling fluidizing state and treat power uniformly by combining the action of a revolving hollow truncated conical body provided on the center of a cylindrical vessel and that of an air flow flowing out of an air diffusing space formed by a skirt and of said conical body and a bottom section of said vessel. CONSTITUTION:A hollow truncated conical body 6, hollow and provided with an inclined wall 6b closed at its upper section and expanded downwardly is fixed to a shaft 5 supported revolvably provided almost on the center of a cylindrical vessel 1. An air flow channel 7 communicated with an air supply source outside a system is formed at the lower section, while a component 2 to shut off powder flowing is provided in said flow channel 7. The air introduced through said component 2 is blown into the vessel 1 through a space 8 between a lower end 6c of the conical body 6 and a bottom surface 1a of the vessel 1 in the centrifugal direction. As a result, contact efficiency of air and powder is good, and power is uniformly processed and treated to prepare grains of large bulk specific gravity in granulation. |
