PURPOSE:To simplify operations such as adjustment, by regarding an average value of movement quantity of a control rack at set working speed and in a proper range of engine revolution as a standard for load control and controlling change of running speed while calculating the average value. CONSTITUTION:A working machine travels over a fixed distance at speed set by operation. When revolution of an engine is in a proper range in the traveling, actuation of a control rack of the engine is detected by a rack sensor, an average value of the actuation of the control rack is calculated and the calculated value is regarded as load control of change of running speed.
