This invention is a feeding device using ball screw for work table. This feeding device includes a ball screw unit arranged on a movable table which lies on a fixed bed. The ball screw shaft is supported at one end by the fixed bed, and is rotatable but axially immovable relative to the bed. The ball nut is assembled with the ball screw shaft by inserted steel balls and is fixed to the movable table. The first drive motor, a stepping motor, mounted on the bed rotates the ball screw shaft, and the second drive motor, also a stepping motor, mounted on the movable table is connected to the ball nut via a hollow transmission shaft. The ball screw shaft is concentrically received in the hollow inside of the transmission shaft. |
