PURPOSE:To prepare a luxurious bean curd attached with gold foil, preventing the entering of gold foil into the bean curd, by fixing gold foil to a surface of solidifying bean curd with agar. CONSTITUTION:The objective bean curd is prepared by fixing gold foil to a surface of a solidifying bean curd with agar. Preferably, the gold foil is mixed into agar or placed on the surface of the bean curd and then fixed with agar. |
