METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TREATING DEGREASING LIQUID

PURPOSE:To effectively recycle a degreasing liquid and to reduce the treatment cost required for discharging the suspended and emulsified oil component and dispersed microsolids in said liquid by supplying the degreasing liquid to cross flow type porous ceramics filter media to separate both components and to extract a filtrate, then drawing and treating both the components mentioned above. CONSTITUTION:While the degreasing liquid is fed 2 into a circulating liquid tank 3, the circulating liquid is fed to a filter device body 11. Part of the circulating liquid is passed through said ceramics filter media 8 by which the suspended and emulsified oil component and the microsolids are separated. The filtrate filtered to the inside of an outside cylinder 9 of the filter machine is supplied 10 to a filtrate tank 6 and is further taken out of a filtrate tanke-out port 7 so as to be recycled. On the other hand, the greater part of the circulating liquid injected to the body is passed through the inner side of the ceramics filter media and is recirculated 4 by which the circulation is repeated. The greater part of the circulating liquid flowing through the inner side of the filter media 8 at a certain flow rate during this time flashes away the slag deposited on the filter media 8 and, therefore, the continuous filtration is enabled.
