PURPOSE:To prevent increase of slide resistance and damage of a mating material, by a method wherein the surface layer of a portion sliding over a mating part is formed by a layer of main component resin or a material having a friction factor lower than that of the resin, and an inner layer and other part contain a reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION:Molten resin 25 containing a material having a low friction factor is injected in a cavity 31, and consecutively molten resin 26 containing a reinforcing material is injected. In which case, since the molten resin 25 forms a skin and the molten resin 26 is penetrated to the inside, a surface layer 23a is formed by the resin 25 having a low friction factor, and its inner layer is formed by the molten resin 26 containing the reinforcing material. Thus, the surface layer of a slide portion has a low friction factor, and a low wear amount in addition to low slide resistance, and is prevented from damage of a mating part. Besides, since the inner layer of the surface layer and other portion contain the reinforcing material, they have high strength, high rigidity, and high heat resistance and therefore, they are enoughly durable to transmission of torque under a high temperature state. |
