PURPOSE:To enhance not only the close adhesiveness of a current supply resistance layer to a support but also the flexibility and mechanical strength of the current supply resistance layer itself, by setting the current supply resistance layer to a thermosetting reaction type. CONSTITUTION:In a current supply thermal transfer medium consisting of a current supply resistance layer, a support layer and an ink layer, the current supply resistance layer is a thermosetting reaction type. As the binder resin of the thermosetting reaction type current supply resistance layer, polyester, polyurethane, a phenoxy resin, an epoxy resin, cellulose nitrate, cellulose acetate, polyvinyl butyral, a phenol resin or the like are designated. As a curing agent for curing said binder, polyisocyanate, melamine-formaldehyde, phenol- formaldehyder, urea-formaldehyde and amines are designated. |
