PURPOSE:To obtain a device for stopping only sequential timing feed function of normal open point under power interruption, by locking the sequential timing feed fuction based on a simultaneous normal open point lock command fed from a master station and a power interruption signal of a distribution line. CONSTITUTION:Upon trip of a circuit breaker CB1, power is interrupted in sections I, II, III where power has been fed from a distribution line F1, and power interruption is detected through a power interruption detecting circuits 2 in slave stations R3, R6 for respective normal open points while a sequential timing feed control circuit 3 starts counting of timing. Upon transmission of a simultaneous normal open point lock command from the master station M, a receiving circuit 1 at a normal open point receives the lock command and provides the lock command to a lock circuit 4. The lock circuit 4 provides the lock signal to the sequential timing circuit 3 based on AND condition of the power interruption detecting circuit 2 and the receiving circuit 1. Consequently, the sequential timing feed control circuit 3 stops counting of timing and disabling sequential timing feed function thus providing no throw-in output to a normal open switch S. Since distribution lines F2, F4 for a normal open switchgear S7 are sound, lock conditions are not satisfied for a slave station R7 and the sequential timing feed function is not disabled. |
