ELECTRONIC CONFERENCE SYSTEM

This system has stations each with a data input unit for picture data, a storage unit for data of a number of pictures, a display unit. The control unit is for adjusting storing of the picture data input, the display, and transmitting data to or receiving data from, another station. This system with picture data control uses some absolute number to supervise the same picture data in all remote stations. The presence in the storage unit of a number equal to this other absolute number is discriminated and the result transmitted back to the second station. If such a number is not stored the second station transmits its picture data to be received by the first station. The same picture data stored in different stations is thus supervised by the same absolute number.
