<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the coding mistakes that are caused when a program is developed by setting the lines on an editing screen of a terminal equipment to immediately identify columns. CONSTITUTION:The display of a terminal equipment 7 is controlled by a display control program 5 stored in a CPU 4 via an input/output device 6. Then the column identifying lines 3 are displayed on an editing screen by the program 5. In this case, the positions of the lines 3 are set by the commands for each program language. These lines 3 have no relation with the source of the program at all and are never put into the source codes as character codes. Thus a compiling process, etc., are not affected at all.</p> |
