<p>A device for coding and decoding sound broadcast signals comprises a coder and a decoder, the circuit structures of which provide for band coding of the sound broadcast signals in a spectral zone with due regard to the masking effect within the critical bands of the human voice and enable reduction of the digital flow speed of an individual sound broadcast channel while maintaining the high quality of its reproduction in the course of decoding.</p> |
