For heat-insulated and cold-insulated pipelines, one and the same slide bearing can be used for different pipe diameters since the bearing shell comprises two half-shells which are held together via screws and nuts and since the cavity resulting between the medium-channelling pipe and the steel pipe forming the inner wall of the bearing shell is spanned by an adjustable clamping closure. Said clamping closure produces a reliable centring of the medium-channelling pipe within the slide bearing, the connection between slide bearing and the neighbouring pipe insulation taking place via a funnel-shaped reducing piece which expediently exhibits, in the connection region, a double bead on both sides. Together with the special shape of the reducing piece, said double bead produces the necessary termination which ensures insulation. <IMAGE>
