PURPOSE:To obtain a mixed food or noodles resistant to water and pressure and free from degradation or deterioration of palatability even by heating, freezing or leaving over a long period, by mixing whey gel with crushed foods and freezing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of whey gel and crushed foods (e.g. a whey gel produced by heating a mixture of whey and crushed foods, cereal flour, starch, bean flour, etc.) is formed into an arbitrary shape and frozen to obtain a mixed food or the above mixture is subjected to conventional noodle-making process to obtain noodles. |
