In order to speed up the progression of construction work in buildings which are produced using laying-type floors, assembled from prefabricated floor elements, for the production of the intermediate floors, the invention provides that the necessary ring anchor is arranged within the floor elements and, for this purpose, said floor elements have, along their peripheral borders assigned to the exterior masonry walls of the building and at a distance therefrom, a channel-shaped cutout which exhibits a square or rectangular cross-section, the width of the channel-shaped cutout being smaller than the thickness of the exterior masonry walls. <IMAGE>
