What is proposed is a coin-operated gaming machine with symbol carriers deciding on a win or a loss, which has a control device for activating the symbol carriers and for evaluating the symbol combinations displayed on the symbol carriers and at least two jackpots which each have a counter and an indicator unit and which are loaded and triggered in response to different events. Each jackpot is assigned an operating element, and these are connected to an adding/subtracting unit via a control device.
