The cultivation-embankment patterned block is subsequently plugged, as a decorative element, onto old and new cultivation-embankment blocks by means of a clip which consists of plastic or stainless steel and is adhesively bonded or screwed on the decorative block, said clip being manufactured such that it can be pushed just over the concrete border. Said clip is thus designed in the form of an upside-down U having leg lengths of 10-30 cm, a leg width of 10-30 mm and a leg opening of not more than 20-40 mm, as required in each case.
