PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance and film hardness by forming an inorganic film on a specific metallic conductor, and composing the extreme outer layer of an upper coating layer of an insulation electric wire, to which the upper coating layer is formed with a coating material having the principal component of an inorganic or organic high polymer applied on the inorganic film and then hardened, with a lubricity film. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic film is made to be formed on a metallic conductor by spark discharge with the metallic conductor, in which the extreme outer layer of an insulation electric wire has the principal component of at least one kind of Al1, Ti, Mg, and Zr, is sent electricity with the metallic conductor as an anode in an inorganic electrolyte, and voltage is risen. As the inorganic electrolyte the following electrolytes are used: an electrolyte composed of oxide salt such as silicate, phosphate, borate, alminate, tungstate, and molybdate, and an electrolyte having one or more kind of electrolytes composed of salt of nitride, silicide, and boride, or other compounds. A coating material having the principal component of a silicone resin can be used for an inorganic high polymer, and a coating material having the principal component of a phenol resin for an organic high polymer. |
