<p>PURPOSE: To perform rapid delivery of a housing object by a method wherein when the housing object garages and leaves a garage from a loading position and from above, a rise of an elevation fork and outgoing of a traverse fork to an elevation space are simultaneously moved and operated. CONSTITUTION: When a car C in an eleventh floor aboveground storing space leaves a garage to a ground, a control circuit, a control circuit decides a space Y, the presence of a garaging car, and whether a story from which a car leaves is aboveground. Simultaneously with the starting of outgoing of a traverse fork 20 to a central position, a rise of two elevation forks 5a and 5b is started. When the fork 20 reaches a central position, the forks 5a and 5b are further raised and caused to cross the fork 20, the forks 5a and 5b receive the car C from the fork 20. Further, after the fork 20 is caused to return, the forks 5a and 5b are lowered and stopped at a first story aboveground.</p> |
