ACIDIC PROTEASE, ACIDIC PROTEASE GENE, AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING ACIDIC PROTEASE

摘要

A novel gene coding acidic protease of Rhizopus niveus and a process for preparing the enzyme by using transformant containing a vector having integrated therein the gene are disclosed. This process enables an improvement in and mass production of the acidic protease.
