PURPOSE:To produce TOFU of good quality, by heating uniformly soybean milk-containing cans which are set to a rotary frame to remove deviations in coagulation of soybean milk from the stage of mixing the soybean milk with the coagulant to the charging into the cans and in coagulation in the cans. CONSTITUTION:The boss 4 of a frame 3 which rotates intermittently in the horizontal direction is inserted into the tube shaft 2 on the machine frame 1 and a plurality of cans for containing soybean milk are set in an equal interval on the rotary frame 3. Further, feeders 6, 7 for the soybean milk and the coagulant, and the stirrer 8 for the can contents are provided outside the rotary frame 3. Further, the soybean milk discharging unit 10 which is a device to turn the cans up and down, before these devices. Individual cans are a double can which is provided with a jacket can 11 and an intermediate heating chamber. The heating chambers is connected through the boss 4 to the upright tube shaft 2 so that the heating medium can freely flow, while a cam for stopping the heating medium into the heating chambers and stirrers 6-8 is set in the tube 2. In other words, soybean milk is optimally heated to avoid uneven coagulation in TOFU-making process. |
