<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title apparatus always operating and imparting high measuring accuracy, by digitally converting the analogue signal detected by an electroscopic means to a digital signal by the power supply supplied from a line to be measured and converting the digital signal to an optical signal to transmit the same. CONSTITUTION:Electroscopic means 14, 19 are provided to lines 1A-1C to be measured and the outputs thereof are respectively connected to A/D conveters 16, 20. The outputs thereof are respectively connected to a light emitting diode through E/O signal converting circuits 17, 21 to be transmitted to a light receiving part 6 through optical fiber cables 4A-4C. Further, a current transformer 22, a rectifying circuit 24, a constant voltage circuit 25, a backup circuit 26 and a battery 27 are provided and an electroscope apparatus is made always operable. By this constitution, the loss of the connector part of a signal route becoming a problem at the time of the analogue light transmission or the effect of the variation in the intensity level of a light signal due to temp. change is prevented and a highly accurate measuring result can be always obtained.</p> |
