PURPOSE:To reduce the number of elements to make the area of an integrated circuit smaller, by providing a two-way gate in the input side. CONSTITUTION:Logic ''1'' is given to a control input 30. A P type MOS transistor TR2 is turned off, and N type MOSTRs 7 and 8 are turned on. An N type MOSTR6 is turned off, and P type MOSTRs 4 and 3 are turned on. As the result, since two-way gates 50 and 60 are made conductive, an output signal corresponding to the logic given to a data input 10 appears in a terminal 20. When logic ''0'' is given to the control input 30, two-way gates 50 and 60 are made non-conductive together. A P type MOSTR1 and an N type MOSTR5 are made non-conductive. Consequently, the output terminal 20 becomes the open state. |
