PURPOSE:To enable stabilization, improvement in critical temperature and critical current density of superconductor, by blending an oxide superconductor with a sulfide or sulfur. CONSTITUTION:Stabilization and improvement in critical temperature and critical current density of an oxide superconductor are attained by the following methods A-C. (A) The oxide superconductor is blended with a sulfide or sulfur. (B) The oxide superconductor is added to the sulfide. (C) Oxygen or an oxide is added to sulfide to form the oxide superconductor. |
