摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled alloy material whose load level is reversibly adjusted by subjecting an Ni-Ti alloy material applied with hard working to reheating treatment for a prescribed period of time at a temp. above or below that in the heating treatment previously executed and cooling said material. CONSTITUTION:The alloy composed of about 50.0-51.5at.% Ni and the balance Ti or the Ni-Ti alloy in which about 1.0at.% of Ti contents are substituted in trace amounts by V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, etc., is hot rolled into a round bar and is cold rolled into a wire rod by cold drawing. Said wire rod is subjected to a heating treatment for prescribed times to the prescribed temp., by which a material wire is formed. The load level is risen when said material wire is then subjected to reheating treatment for prescribed period (2-120min) at the temp. (e.g., 500-530 deg.C) above that in the heating treatment previously executed and is cooled. The load level is furthermore lowered when said material wire is subjected to reheating treatment for a prescribed period (2-120min) at the temp. (e.g., 350-480 deg.C) below that in the heating treatment. By this method the reversible adjustment of the load level can be executed for the identical super elastic alloy material.
