PURPOSE:To realize optimum picture processing in a fine small unit by performing the reading control of the picture information given from a picture memory means based on the memory information given to a timing memory means so that the processed information is outputted while the pictures are processed in the timing exactly equal to the reading time of a normal picture memory means. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 is totally controlled by a program stored in a ROM 2 of a picture processor and the picture information including a proper error that is photographed by an image pickup element 24 is stored in a picture memory 3. At the same time, the read timing information stored in the memory 3 for each picture information is transferred into a scan time data memory 23. The memory capacity equal to one screen is added to the memory in the form of the digital data and the picture information is read out of the memory 3 based on the timing information given from the memory 23. Then the memory 23 stores the timing information with which the total time equivalent to a single scan of the main scanning direction of the picture information equal to a screen stored in the memory 3 and the total reading time equivalent to a screen are equal to the prescribed value respectively. |
