PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of pattern as well as to contrive reduction in manufacturing time by a method wherein a screen frame, on which a photosensitive emulsifying agent is coated, is attached to a pen plotter, a circuit is patterned by a light pen based on a CAD/CAM signal, and the screen frame obtained by performing exposing and developing operations thereon is used. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive agent-coated screen frame is attached to a pen plotter, a circuit is patterned by a CAD/CAM signal using a light pen and it is exposed. Then, a printable screen is obtained by developing. The screen frame obtained as above-mentioned is used. Pertaining to the pen plotter, the method used is not limited, but the use of a rotary method and an X-Y axis end part semi-fixed method are desirable. Also, pertaining to pressure, the pressure of 6kg/cm<2> or thereabout is desirable so as to smoothly discharge the paste having relatively high viscosity. Besides, the use of a cartridge having a stirring function is desirable. By using the screen frame above-mentioned, a circuit is formed with conductive paste on an alumina circuit substrate of 1mm in thickness, and a printed circuit can be obtained. |
