发明名称 PRODUCTION OF SR-ZR-TI-O BASED DIELECTRIC MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled dielectric material useful for microwave communication devices readily, inexpensively and stably, by spray-drying a solution of a specific compound to give powder, thermally decomposing the powder to give an oxide, molding and burning. CONSTITUTION:Sr(NO3)2, Zr(NO3)2 and optionally Y2O3 are dissolved in an aqueous solution of an alcohol such as methyl alcohol in the ratio of water : alcohol of 2:<=1 and then titanium alkoxide : Ti(OC3H7)4 is dissolved in the solution give a solution 1. Then the solution 1 is sprayed through a liquid transporting part 2 from a spray nozzle 3 to a drying container 6 and dried powder is collected by a collecting container 10. Then the dried powder is thermally decomposed at 570-1,300 deg.C to give oxide powder having a structure of SrZrO3, showing a hollow sphere. Then the oxide powder is press molded to give a molded article, which is burnt at 1,500-1,600 deg.C for about 5hr to give a Sr-Zr-Ti-O based dielectric material.
