PURPOSE:To eliminate an optical axis adjusting time by supporting the mirror holder carrying a mirror by a support gate via a sliding bearing and entering and departing a mirror inside a laser light path by sliding the mirror holder. CONSTITUTION:A cross roller guide 4 is composed of the slide bearing alternately combining a roller at 90 deg. and arranged between a supporting gate 5 and mirror holder 2. A driving part 3 is provided at one end of the mirror holder 2 and a nut 7 and ball screw 6 are arranged. A mirror 1 goes up and down together with the mirror holder 2 when the ball screw 6 is rotated by a motor 11 and comes in and out from the light path inside of a laser light. If two sets of mirrors 1, 1' are used lesser oscillators 21, 22 can be used by switching quickly. Due to a strong supporting gate 5 and the mirror holder 2 being used the optical axis adjustment at the switching time of a laser light becomes unnecessary and is eliminated. |
