PURPOSE:To easily prepare a high quality medical conduit having high reliability regardless of a dimension, by forming a film of a coating solution to the inner surface of a conduit while feeding the coating solution in the conduit by a coating solution feeding medium. CONSTITUTION:The solution 3 in a container 4 is set to an amount perfectly consumed at the point of time when said solution reaches the point A in the vicinity of the rear end of a catheter 1 and, when the solution 3 reaches the point A, the whole of the solution forms a solution layer 3a. A valve 6 is further opened from this point of time to raise the flow speed of compressed air 8 in the catheter 1. By this method, the solution layer 3a is promoted in the volatilization of a solvent due to passing air to form a layer 2 composed of an antithrombogenic material to the inner peripheral surface of the catheter 1. By using clean air when air is allowed to flow through catheter 1 as mentioned above, the contamination of the inner surface of the catheter is prevented during a drying process and it can be avoided that the lowering of an antithrombogenic property is brought about. At least, the rear side from the point A is cut off. By regulating air pressure so as to continuously perform the above- mentioned operation at a constant speed, the dripping of the solution or the clogging of the conduit accompanied thereby are not generated. |
