PURPOSE:To prevent collision between works in the captioned roller conveyor type device for heavy works by placing in reciprocating motion a mobile frame provided with the plural sets of a load detection part and a push arm connected with each other in such a manner as they can swivel freely between a pair of left and right roller conveyors. CONSTITUTION:When a work is placed on one detection device 18, a link arm 10 is swiveled counterclockwise and engaged with a rod 26, then an engagement 24a of a forwardly pulled push arm 20 is released and the push arm 20 falls down under a mobile frame 8 due to its own weight. When the mobile frame 8 is moved by one stroke to a carry-out side B under this condition, the work is pushed out in the carry-out direction B by means of the push arm 20, which is fitted at alternate position in relation to this one set of detection device 18 and the push arm 20 and standing upright, then gets on the next detection device 18 and brings down the related push arm 20. Then, the last detection device 18 and the push arm 20 stand upright in standby posture for the next feed. Collision between works is prevented and intermittent feed can be certainly performed through repetition of the above-mentioned operation. |
