PURPOSE:To enable formation of a superconducting material having a high critical temperature and a few limitations of service space in an oxide superconductor shown by Ln-M-Cu-O base, by partially replacing M (alkaline earth metal element) with a specific alkali metal element. CONSTITUTION:The superconducting material is formed by partially replacing M of an oxide superconducting material shown by a Ln-M-Cu-O base (Ln is Sc, Y is lanthanide element; M is Ba or Sr) with any of Li, K and Na. |
