The anthraquinones have the formula I <IMAGE> in which R<1> and R<2>, independently of one another, represent H or C1-C5-alkyl, R<3> represents H, C1-C5-alkyl, -CH2C6H4OH or -C(CH3)2C6H4OH, and n denotes 1, 2 or 3 and X represents H, <IMAGE> or -CmH2mCOOH or -CmH2mCONR'NH2, m is a number from 1 - 12 and R' denotes H or C1-C6-alkyl, and the curable composition contains a) an epoxy resin, b) if desired a curing agent, c) an anthraquinone of the formula I, and d) an aminoalcohol. The cured compositions are photosensitive and are suitable for the production of metallic coatings and images by electroless metallisation. |
