PURPOSE:To obtain a C/N higher than ever, by changing the state of a recording film by the projection of a laser beam, and also, changing the shape of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The titled method is performed in such a way that the shape of the substrate 1 at a projected part is changed by the projection of a recording laser beam 3 simultaneously with the projection of the laser beam on an information recording medium (optical disk 7). Furthermore, both the change of the shape of the substrate 1 and the state change of the recording film 2 are performed in a direction to increase or decrease a detected reflecting light quantity in case of detecting a beam of light by a detecting means reflected by projecting a reproducing laser beam 3 on the information recording medium 7. In such a way, it is possible to set the C/N at the time of reproduction higher than a value decided by the recording film 2. |
