PURPOSE: To burden cost for maintenance and management and maintenance cost in accordance with the number of use of an elevator by reading user identification data of information input medium owned by a user by a reader and counting the number of use of the elevator depending on key code. CONSTITUTION: When information input medium 10 owned by a user is inserted into a reader 20 provided at a landing of an elevator or in a car, a key code depending on user which is registered in a management device 30 in advance is compared with identification data recorded in the medium 10, and if they agree, a call registration is made valid only one time. When a call is registered, the management device 30 calculates the number of use of the elevator depending on key code, calculates cost for maintenance and management and maintenance cost corresponding to the number of use, and prints out as a list of the number of use 40 periodically, for example, per month. In this way, it is possible to optimize the burden of the cost for maintenance and management and maintenance cost of the elevator in accordance with the number of use. |
