PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive material having a desired shape by supporting a continuous powder layer formed by a specified powder of a baked body with a flexible supporting body having a tube, line, plate, or tape state, and conducting sinter treatment with the powder layer heated in a given range of temperature. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive sintered body is formed by filling a baked body powder 2 in a polyester tube 1 having a 8mmphi inner diameter in a circularity state, and conducting sinter treatment in which the powder 2 is heated in a given range of temperature. The sintered body is used as a wire material, but also can conveniently be used by making the tube 1 to a tape state with pressed in the diameter direction, furthermore, by applying a pressure sensitive adhesive on the surface of the tube 1. The powder 2 is formed with a mixture of a compound powder of an element contained in group IIa, compound powder of an element contained group IIIa of the periodic table, and compound powder of an element contained groups in Ib, IIb, IIIb, IVa, and VIII a groups of the periodic table, or the powder of a baked body obtained with these compound powders baked. By the way, the polyester tube is burnt after sinter treatment. |
