PURPOSE:To obtain KONJAK (devil's-tongue) food, directly usable for food and having flavor and taste of UME (plum) vinegar, by filling a solution of the UME vinegar in a heat-resistant and airtight bag made of a synthetic poly mer, dipping bite-sized KONJAK, hermetically sealing the bag and treating the sealed bag with hot water at a specific temperature for a specific time. CONSTITUTION:A solution of UME vinegar is filled in a heat-resistant and airtight bag of a synthetic polymer and bite-sized KONJAK is dipped. The bag is then hermetically sealed and treated with hot water at 70 deg.C for 20-30min to afford the aimed KONJAK food preservable for a long period. |
