PURPOSE:To make the rough and fine ununiform part generated in the work conducted on a coil into a uniform and highly densed state by a method wherein the superconducting ceramic wire material, formed by filling a compound having perovskite structure into a core part, is formed into a coil-shaped form, and a hot hydrostatic compression treatment is conducted thereon. CONSTITUTION:Superconducting ceramic powder is filled into a Cu tube, and after a swagging work has been finished, a dicing work is conducted, and a superconducting ceramic wire material is manufactured. Then, an HIP treatment is conducted under the conditions of the atmospheric air pressure of 2000, the temperature of 800 deg.C, and the holding time of one hour, for example. Accordingly, when the superconducting ceramic wire material is formed into a coil, superconducting characteristics is deteriorated, but it is sharply recovered by conducting an HIP treatment, and the characteristics much more excellent than those before performance of the coiling work can be displayed. |
