PURPOSE:To manufacture a superconductive ceramic processing material having high critical temperatures by forming a mixed raw powder, in which a R-A-Cu-O system superconductive ceramics powder is blended with a metallic oxide powder for deficient oxygen supply, to a processing material after the mixed raw powder is enclosed in a metallic case, then applying deficient oxygen supplying heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A R-A-Cu-O system superconductive ceramic powder having a given component composition and a metallic oxide powder for deficient oxygen supply are used as a raw powder to be filled and enclosed in a metallic case after the two raw powders are blended and mixed. Next the metallic case is formed to a processing material having a given shape in cold. Then deficient oxygen supply heat treatment is applied to the processing material in air. |
