PURPOSE:To grind fish meat, etc., hygiencically at any temperature, by carrying out grinding while uniformly circulating the fish meat by a closable mortar container. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 5 is set at the center of a closable mortar container 1 and sickle-shaped grinding members 7 are attached at a proper angle in a screw type to the tips of grinding arms 8... transporting the fish meat in the container while grinding in such a way that the gap between the grinding members and the peripheral wall face is 0.1-20mm and the fish meat is pushed up along the peripheral wall face. The fish meat at the lower part and the bottom part is sent in the outer peripheral direction by the lowest arms, as a raking member, pushed up to the upper part by the sickle-shaped grinding member and uniformly circulated. When the rotary shaft is rotated in the opposite direction, the fish meat in the container is sent downward by the sickle- shaped grinding member and discharged from an outlet. The fish meat in the vicinity of the center is sent to the outlet by the arm 6. Grinding temperature is regulated by a low-temperature constant temperature water machine 26 of circulation type. |
