PURPOSE:To bend a strip line at right angles at a point with a different line width and to obtain an excellent standing wave ratio by making, into a protruding area, an extrusive area obtained by overlapping a special rectangle on a junction area, and cutting of a isosceles right triangle with a special height with an external angle part top as a top. CONSTITUTION:By using an (x) obtained from an expression I (however, a (b) is the width of the dielectric layer of the strip line, and an (e) is a natural logarithm) for an internal angle part in a junction area part, the extrusive area in respect to the junction area part obtained when the rectangle with 2 1/2x as the width on a single line side and a (w) as the width on a coupling line side overlapped on the junction area part is made as a protruding area E of the junction area part, and the isosceles right triangle part with the height (x) with the external angle part top as a top (a) is cut off. Thus, since the width at the right-angle folded part of the right angle can be secured, a floating susceptance at the folded part can be suppressed, consequently, the right angle can be folded at right angles at the point with different line width, and the excellent standing wave ratio can be obtained. |
