PURPOSE:To achieve strong bonding and to prevent the thermal deterioration of an adhesive layer when a score is formed by the irradiation with laser beam, by applying an adhesive to a metal foil and subsequently laminating and bonding a synthetic resin film thereto under heating and pressure to form a composite material. CONSTITUTION:The modified polyolefinic adhesive 6a in an adhesive tank 5 is transferred and applied to the outer surface of a metal foil 2 during the passage between both rolls 3, 4 through a coating roll 3. Subsequently, the sheet like metal foil 2 coated with the adhesive 6a is passed through a heating oven 7 to apply heat treatment to the adhesive 6a at 160-230 deg.C for about 15sec and the adhesive 6a is dried to form an adhesive layer 6. Thus, heat treatment is again applied to the composite material 11 formed in the previous process at 160-240 deg.C for 30-50sec in a high temp. atmosphere. By the above- mentioned processes, a synthetic resin film 9 is bonded to the outer surface of the metal foil 2 through the modified polyolefinic adhesive layer 6 and re- heating treatment is applied to the whole to prepare the lid material 13 of a container lid. |
