PURPOSE:To improve the operability of mode changeover by providing a pressing type mode selector switch and a slide type mode selection means. CONSTITUTION:The key display of the fax and copy is switched by switching input pad faces 335-341, 305-316 by the slide panel by means of the switching lever 317, the switch mechanism is built in and the copy and fax mode is switched by switching either the fax/copy changeover switch 345 or the panel. In case of switching by the changeover switch 345, the slide panel gives an alarm display representing no fax mode. In changing over the mode from the copy mode to the fax mode, the copy mode is saved and in switching the fax mode to the copy mode, the saved copy mode is displayed. Thus, the operation of complicated composite device to the user is simplified. |
