PURPOSE:To raise hot-water resistance and chemical resistance at high temperatures, by forming a molten coating composed of polyvinylidene fluoride as a major part and inorganic filler on the surface of an under-coating layer of a metal, thereafter precooling it at specific temperatures. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of an under-coating layer of a metal which has been applied to the metal, a molten coating composed of a composition containing polyvinylidene fluoride as a major part and an inorganic filler at a ratio of 5-40wt.% is formed at a temperature of 200-350 deg.C. Thereafter, the molten coating is pretreated at a treatment temperature TA represented by an equation I for at least 1min to form a coating. A preferable under-coating treatment is conducted by coating an under-coating composition composed mainly of thermosetting resin. Further, inorganic filler which is added to polyvinylidene fluoride are metallic oxide, glass, carbon, ceramics, etc.
|
