PURPOSE:To reduce required power and make a tank compact by providing feeding ports of liquids to be mixed at the upper section of a tank and a rotating plate for sprinkling feeding liquids rotating at high speed and also providing a transferring and feeding-out port of the mixed liquid and an agitating means of the mixed liquid in the lower section of the tank. CONSTITUTION:Mixed liquid, prepared by constantly or intermittently feeding the liquid to be mixed to the stored in a mixing tank 1, is drawn out into an outer section while solution formula is varied according to the feeding. A feeding port 5a for the liquid to be mixed opened in the tank 1 is provided in the upper section of the tank 1, while a transferring and feeding-out port 6a of the mixed liquid to the outside is provided at the lower section of the tank 1. Also, an agitating means 4 for the mixed liquid is provided in the lower half of the vacant part in the tank. Further, a rotating plate 7 for sprinkling liquids to be fed and mixed offering upper surface rotating almost on the horizontal surface at high speed is provided facing close to underneath the feeding port 5a of the upper section of the tank and rotating means 2 and 3 of the rotating plate 7 for sprinkling liquids to be fed and mixed is also provided. As a result, the space utilizing rate in the tank is increased and the whole of the tank is made compact. |
